Wet Drawing Machine

Features of Wet Drawing Machine
- The equipment is mainly composed of main reduction box, gear, reel, water tank, winding frame and electrical control system.
- A water cooling circulation system is installed in the equipment.
- Each drawing drum is rotated by Y series motor through gear coupling, and decelerates according to cylindrical gears with different speed ratios in two stages, so that the drum rotates. The drawing drum is vertical and is installed on the box body of the cover. The gear is lubricated with oil immersion.
- It can be used to produce binding wire, galvanized wire and stainless steel wire.
- It is suitable for drawing low, medium and high carbon steel wires, and can also be used for drawing copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metal wires.
