CRM wedge wire rolling systems convert round or pre-drawn wire into V-shaped surface wire, triangular support wire and other precision wedge profiles. Depending on the downstream application, the production line can be configured for coil take-up or straightening and cut-to-length output.
Each profile can be customized according to the required width, height, wedge angle, corner radius, dimensional tolerance and material grade.

Typical materials include stainless steel 304, 304L, 316 and 316L. Other stainless steels and specialty alloys can be evaluated according to their tensile strength, inlet condition, reduction ratio and finished-profile requirements.
