3. Annealing: We utilize inline heat treatment to soften the wire, enhancing its workability and reducing brittleness. Based on your finished product specifications and production output, we will customize and configure the appropriate online annealing equipment for you.
4. Shaping: We use our advanced 2 Hi and 4 Hi rolling mills, along with precision control systems, to shape wire into square, rectangular, or other custom profiles with exceptional accuracy.
5. Surface Finishing: We polish, grind, or coat the wire to enhance its surface quality and durability.
6. Packing: Please provide us with your packaging drawings, including details such as size and weight. Based on your specifications, we will configure the appropriate wire laying equipment for you.
