The type of wire payoff can be customized based on the customer’s choice of raw materials and specific design requirements. Each pass uses die boxes equipped with diamond or PCD dies to gradually reduce the wire diameter. The finished wire is collected by the take-up unit, which may be a spooler, coiler, or double-spool system.
