Undriven Turks Head for Profile Wire Rolling
Designed in-house by Sky Bluer, this undriven Turks head is equipped with four rolls aligned in a single plane. Built for maximum versatility, it offers a universal solution for rolling both rectangular and square profiles using a single standard roll set—no need to change rollers. This design significantly boosts efficiency and reduces downtime. The roller diameter ranges from 45 mm to 150 mm, accommodating a wide variety of wire sizes.
