It features high-quality electroplating technology for superior silver plating thickness, to improve conductivity and corrosion resistance. By using a PLD in tandem with detailed monitoring sensors, we maintain comprehensive quality control over our outputs as they are produced. A thin silver layer over a copper core in the wire that is drawn by the drawing machine. A copper core also helps in excellent tensile strength and ductility along with the silver plating that provides additional conductivity and corrosion resistance. Silver plated copper wire is basically a hybrid of the conductivity that silver provides and rhe strength than copper can offer, but at much cheaper price than pure silver would get you. It is used in wiring, electronics, and medical implants where lightweight low-reactive conductivity are desired. This allows the flexibility to meet a variety of needs for wire diameter and final characteristics, since some applications require different ranges.
