The CRM Pre-Drawing System is the first and most critical stage of a complete wire production line. It is available in both standard and customized configurations for copper, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, and other alloys. Typical systems process rod diameters from 5.5–40 mm to wire diameters of 0.5–3.0 mm. By integrating rod breakdown, intermediate drawing, annealing, tension control, and take-up, the system delivers stable wire quality and prepares the material for fine drawing, rolling, coating, or forming.
